How we handle your information

This policy explains what information Korea Breast Care collects through this website, how it is used and how medical information is protected.

Korea Breast Care is operated by DYPHI.

Information collected through the inquiry form

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect only the information you provide in it:

  • Your name
  • Country of residence
  • Email address
  • Preferred contact method
  • A short description of your current situation
  • The message you choose to write

The inquiry form is delivered through a third-party form-processing service (Formspree), which transmits your submission to us. You should not enter passport numbers, identification numbers, detailed medical records or highly sensitive information in this initial message.

Medical records are handled separately

Detailed pathology, imaging and treatment records are not collected through the website inquiry form.

If a review proceeds, medical documents should be submitted only through a designated secure process, after you receive instructions explaining how they should be provided.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand general, aggregated usage — for example how many people visit and which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects standard technical information such as an approximate location derived from the IP address, device and browser type, and the pages viewed.

Analytics are used only to measure general site usage. The following are never sent to analytics:

  • The content of your message
  • Diagnosis, cancer stage or age
  • Uploaded document names
  • Medical-record content
  • Individual form-field values
  • Free-text search involving personal health details

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of the inquiry information you have submitted by contacting us through the same channel you used to make your inquiry. Requests relating to medical records submitted through the secure process are handled according to the access and retention terms provided at that time.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. Substantive changes will be reflected on this page.
